Only female executive director expected to fill post today

THE COUNCIL is expected to appoint Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality's only woman executive director – Noxolo Nqwazi – today to head the sports, recreation, arts and culture department.
Nqwazi, 49, director of the integrated planning and economic development department at the Chris Hani District Municipality, has been recommended by city manager Mpilo Mbambisa as the most suitable candidate for the job.
The two previously worked together at the Chris Hani District Municipality. - Rochelle de Kock
