Culpable homicide case set to go ahead

A CASE of culpable homicide against a prominent Port Elizabeth businessman was placed back on the roll yesterday, more than a year after the matter was dropped.
Raven Rungan, 42, owner of V&R Auto, was charged in December 2010 after he allegedly hit and killed a Muir College pupil with his BMW M5.
The incident occurred while Anre Grobbelaar, 18, was walking along Circular Drive.
