Friend relives murder shock

THE friend of a Chinese woman who was murdered, allegedly by a group of building contractors who repaired her home, yesterday described in court the horror of finding her lifeless body in her Port Elizabeth home.
Four men from Greenbushes – Aiden Johnson, 18, Davien Pietersen, 20, Nathaniel Swartbooi, 18, and Allister Booysen, 30 – are standing trial in the Port Elizabeth High Court on charges of murder, housebreaking with intent to rob, and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
The body of Ruey-Lien Lin, who was in her 50s, was found with multiple stab wounds inside her Atlanta Street, Framesby Extension, home on September 19 2011. - Hendrick Mphande
