Women to transform Helenvale

A NEW generation of women who want to turn things around in Helenvale, Port Elizabeth, is being moulded through the Mandela Bay Development Agency's Safety and Peace through Urban Upgrading (SPUU) programme was launched last month.
The SPUU, set up to transform the neighbourhood into a model of safety and peace, earmarked Helenvale women as the driving force behind the programme to bring change. - Alvené du Plessisa
