EC pupils to join Zuma in parliament

BORN on the day South Africa became a free nation, two Eastern Cape youngsters will today be part of a junior guard of honour as President Jacob Zuma officially opens parliament on the 20th anniversary of democracy.

Handpicked by Bhisho MPLs from schools in King William’s Town’s Zwelitsha township, Sibongiseni Gitywa and Sibusiso Gabelana are two of 18 youth from the country’s nine provinces invited by Zuma to join dignitaries for his state of the nation address tonight.
