Easy as peanuts

Try this easy-peasy peanut butter biscuits recipe with Just Ella Bella

I am a big fan of easy recipes that use less than five ingredients.
This three-ingredient one is ridiculous though and seems way too good to be true, especially if you realise that it is both dairy- and flour-free.
Granted you do use sugar so it is not recommended for a sugar-free diet, however.
These peanut butter biscuits are so simple to make, but seem to disappear really quickly, so be warned!
Ingredients
1 cup of peanut butter1 cup of sugar (you can get away with a little less)1 egg
Method
Mix the ingredients together until it forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
Scoop out spoonsfuls of the mixture on to a greased baking sheet and use a fork to press down.
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Bake for roughly 6-8 minutes until lightly brown (yes peanut butter is already brown but you’ll know it when you see it).
The amount depends on the size of the cookie but a mixture usually gives me about 18 servings.
Enjoy . . . num num num
