Irish dancers to get toes tapping

Bay's McWilliams Academy of Dance will perform at the Savoy Theatre

Irish dancing fans from all over the Eastern Cape will descend on The Savoy Theatre at the end of the month, for the show The Rising, presented by Irish dance studio McWilliams Academy of Dance.
The Rising will feature new choreography, as well as the televised dance competition Dans in Jou Taal winning performance of Warriors.
The show will be staged at The Savoy on November 30 and December 1 at 7pm and also feature the multiple award-winning guest artist Annaline Stiglingh.
The concert, sponsored by Algoa Toyota, Greyvensteins Incorporated, Pam Golding Properties and DD van Schalkwyk, is aimed at raising funds for the 10 dancers at the studio who have qualified for the World Championships to be held in North Carolina, USA, in April 2019.
Tickets cost R120 for adults and R80 for scholars and pensioners, and can be obtained from Benita on 083-733- 3792.
