The Baakens Food Truck Funday will be held on Sunday, October 14 at WERK_ in Lower Valley Road, from 11am to 4pm.
“It will be the last event in the Valley for the year as we then moves on to Mangold’s Pool for the first Beach Camp Coastal Festival on November 24 2018,” said event organiser Tayla Foong.
The valley will come alive with 20 of the Bay’s food trucks, live music, activities for children, bars and restaurants.
“We will also not have a craft market at Baakens Food Truck Funday this month as the Locally Yours Craft Market takes place on the same day at the Tramways Building,” she said.
“We want to create a buzz in Baakens Valley with the public moving between WERK_ and the Tramways Building.”
The Locally Yours Craft Market is coinciding with the final day of Mandela Bay Fashion Week.
Food Truck patrons are asked to bring picnic blankets and deck chairs.
