Where are projects?

I RECENTLY found out about the councillors' discretionary fund. I was shocked to hear that each of them is given R100000 to invest in projects which they see as viable.
I would like to know what has been done with this money. I think all the councillors need to start accounting what they did regarding this fund and enlighten the community about it.
I haven't seen anything worth R100000 recently developed in the Booysen Park area and I am sure the same applies to many other suburbs in the Northern Areas.
I am not accusing anybody of foul play. I am simply curious to know what the money is being used for.
I have tried to find out what is happening with this money from the councillor but have not received a response. I am hoping that I soon will.
