HOTSPURS can book their place in the semifinals of the Nafa Premier League Cup on Saturday when they play Stardrift at Dyke 1.
The Spurs currently top Group A with maximum points from three matches. Last week they demolished closest rivals Park. After this weekend’s match they are due to play Ebenezer, who have not won a match so far, and Bloom Callies.
Callies trail Hotspurs by two points but have played an extra match.
Park United must beat Blackpool when the two sides clash in Arcadia to maintain their challenge for a semifinal spot.
In Group B the race is still wide open with Fairview Rovers in pole position.
However, they have played more matches than Glenville and Wolves who are both two points adrift.
Glenville and Wolves clash in a match that neither can afford to lose. The winner will overtake Rovers while the loser could be out of the knockout stage of the competition.
