Scapbooking haven abuzz

IT may be a quaint store nestled in Errol Drive, Framesby but it is abuzz with all your scrapbooking needs.

Owned by Tracey Slaven, Scrapper T Scrapbooking has all your essential scrapbooking needs, and if they don’t they will order it for you.

Slaven said she started the business about six years ago with R500.

"My love for photography is what drew me to the hobby an it was not long before my business was born,” smiled Slaven who has been published in several scrapbook magazines.

"I remember walking into a store and seeing one of my scrapbook pages on the front cover of a magazine and wanting to show everyone in the shop,” laughed Slaven.

Scrapper T not only stocks a wide range of scrapbooking products, you will also find a range of overlays and chalk-ems designed by Tracey (including Afrikaans).

In addition, Scrapper T offers classes – where you can learn from the basics to new techniques.

"Ladies can come and join us while they scrapbook their own works and enjoy a cup of tea with other ladies who share the same creative time together.”

There are also card making classes.

Scrapper T is open from 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
