Road race entries close tomorrow

ENTRIES for the Glendore Arms Pub and Grill Two Views 10km road race, organised by Charlo Athletic Club on Saturday, close at 5pm at all sports shops in the metro tomorrow. The EP Athletics league race starts at the corner of Victoria Drive and Glendore Road at 7am with a 5km run/walk, starting at 7.15am. The entry fee is R50 for the 10km and R25 for the 5km. There is a R30 temporary licence fee for unlicensed runners. Entry for participants who are over 65 and registered with the EPA is free. However, they will still have to register.

There will be cash prizes in the various categories and the customary lucky draw. Late entries will be accepted at the Glendore Arms from 4.30pm till 7pm on Friday.
