The in-form Walter Sisulu University All Blacks continued with their winning ways in the Eastern Cape Super 12 when they played to a hard-fought 16-11 victory over Spring Rose at the university’s Berlin main campus at the weekend.

The Group A game lived up to expectations as both sides came out guns blazing in search of maximum points.

But neither side budged in the opening half, with the scores level 8-8 at the interval.

In the second half, the All Blacks’ game plan of kicking and chasing paid dividends as the New Brighton outfit could not cope with the speedy students.
