No-shows see Zafa league end on a low

IT was a disappointing end to the Zafa Premier log on Saturday when three teams failed to honour their fixtures.

Santos and Golden Brothers, who would have been relegated even if they had won, failed to turn up for their matches against Eleven Angels and Juventus respectively.

Bubs were safe from relegation but did not honour their match against Ghetto XI.

Meanwhile Nubs were crowned champions when they beat Leeds United 2-0.

Young Romans finished second, three points behind Nubs, after beating Brazil Brothers 2-0.

Eleven Angels and Young Professionals tied for third.

Professionals drew 2-2 with United Comrades in their final fixture.
