Easter champions held to draw

MOFA Big Daddy's-Heineken- Motherwell Build-it Easter tournament champions Valencia blew their chances of going to the top of the Premier League log when they were held to a goalless draw by Subs on Monday.

The KO Cup champions trail Ikamva Movers by one point.

The match between Movers and Shinning Stars was abandoned with just 10 minutes remaining because of bad light. Movers were leading 3-0.

After a goalless first half, the floodgates opened in the match between Tomorrow Stars and struggling Young Ideas. Stars won 4-1 with two goals each by Dayile "Mister" Lukhanyo and Nceba "Scara" Sizani.

Highland Spurs had to draw on all their reserves to beat Crystal Palace 1-0.

A poor clearance by the Palace keeper allowed Mbengashe Anele to head in the only goal of the game.

Real Strikers came back from a goal down at the break by Aqhawe Sichatshwa to beat Young Romans 2-1. After Nqgunge Sivuyile equalised immediately after the break Mfecane Thabiso netted the winner two minutes before the final whistle.
