THERE is Wednesday morning mixed bowls at Park Drive, tabs in 9am. Other sessions are: Tuesday 2pm, Saturday 2pm, Sunday 9.15am, and public holidays 9am.

There will be fun bowls on Monday, followed by a bring and braai. Visitors are welcome.

The Inggs Cup teams are reminded of Monday’s practice.

Tomorrow, morning: mixed tabs-in pairs: prizes and lucky draws; visitors welcome.

Friday, morning: Bob Mott’s men’s pairs.

Saturday: social tabs in games at 2pm.

Monday: family day bring and braai; casual dress; R5 for wood and charcoal.

Tuesday: social tabs-in (2pm).


THE second round of the John Dory’s women’s pairs will be played today. Skips must report by 8.30.

The next round of the Summerbreezz men’s pairs will be played on Monday. The tabs-in time is 1.15 for play to start at 1.30.

The weekly programme at Summerwood is: today: John Dory’s women’s pairs (8.30); tomorrow: mixed social (8.45); Saturday: men’s and women’s social (1.45); Monday: Summerbreezz men’s pairs (1.15).

THE finals of the Mill Park Oddy’s men’s pairs will be played today (1.30pm): Julian Bernstein, Myron Sandwick v Daan Vosloo, Chamin Nager; third place: Sandy Gilmour, Keith Stewart v Johan, Jacinto Kapp. All players are invited to play tabs in which will be done by the prize-giving at 5pm.
