BOTH South Africa and Australia will be without their leading strike bowlers for the opening KFC T20 International at Axxess St George’s on Sunday.

Dale Steyn is struggling with a hamstring injury while Australia have opted to rest Mitchell Johnson following his heavy workload against England and South Africa this summer.

Dolphins seamer Kyle Abbott will replace Steyn while allrounder Moises Henriques has been added to the Australian squad.

Steyn sustained a grade one hamstring strain during the test at Newlands and is likely to miss the first two matches. – Alvin Reeves
