THE Safa-NMB SAB League seems to have settled into a three-horse race.

"All the teams have upped their game and there are no easy matches," an official of one of the clubs said.

Callies, who play Central Acemates at Zwide Stadium tomorrow, became log leaders for the first time this season after Subs and Lion City drew 0-0.

Subs, who were at one time at the summit, are now in second place and two points behind Callies.

They play Highland Spurs at the Jabavu Stadium. City, who play Motherwell Academy at NU2 stadium, scored an easy 3-0 win over their rivals in the first round.

Fairview Rovers, who are the best among the also-rans, face a tough match against Camper United at NU9 stadium.

Fixtures: Tomorrow Stars v Island City (NU9), Highland Spurs v Despatch Pioneers (Dyke), Lion City v Motherwell Academy (NU2), Showvillage United v Royal Bucks (NU2), Callies v Central Acemates (Zwide Stadium), Sunrise Development v Peace United (Zwide Stadium), Camper United and Fairview Rovers (NU9)
