Wounded Warriors set to host Dolphins

THE Chevrolet Warriors will look to pick themselves up and get back on the winning trail when they host the Sunfoil Dolphins in a Ram Slam T20 Challenge match at Axxess St George's today.

After two opening victories, the Eastern Cape franchise has slipped to two defeats which has resulted in them sliding from top spot to third on the log standings.

The dramatic loss against the Titans following a Wayne Parnell no-ball and some dropped catches will have hurt the squad.

Defending a massive 197, the Warriors produced an indifferent performance in the field and probably should have won the match by around 20 runs. In the end, they thought they had won it until television replays revealed a Parnell no-ball which reversed the result in favour of the Titans.
