Shining virtually assured of Mofa title

A DRAW against defending champions Shining Stars tomorrow will see Ikamva Movers crowned Mofa Build-it Premier League soccer champions.

The log-leaders need just one point from their remaining three matches, including this weekend's double-header against Shining and Tomorrow Stars.

The result of their match on Sunday against Tomorrow, who are fourth, will be academic if they draw against Shining tomorrow.

In an earlier match tomorrow, Young Madrid must score maximum points against Young Tigers to keep up the pressure on Ikamva.

Tigers are one of four teams battling to avoid relegation and will not be pushovers. They are tied with Tottenham Spurs, one point ahead of Lion Stars and Young Ideas.

Fixtures: Tomorrow, 8.30am: Subs v Manchester United, 10am: Highlands Spurs v Young Romans, 11.30am: Valencia v Crystal Palace, 1pm: Young Tigers v Young Madrid, 2.30pm: Totternham Spurs v Lion Stars, 4pm: Ikamva Movers v Shining Stars.

Sunday, 10am: Young Tigers v Liverpool, 11.30am: Shining Stars v Real Aces, 1pm: SUBS v Milan Stars, 2.30pm: Tomorrow Stars v Ikamva Movers, 4pm: Real Strikers v Tottenham Spurs.
