Close battles for league top spots

IKAMVA Movers can become outright leaders in the Mofa Build-it Premier League this weekend from their double- header.

They are level on points with Shining Stars and Young Madrid but are ahead on goal difference.

Movers should have the beating of Lion Stars tomorrow and Young Ideas on Sunday. Both of their opponents are in the lower half of the log.

Shining Stars are up against Young Stars tomorrow and should pick up a comfortable three points.

Young Madrid have a difficult match against Valencia who are just one point behind them. Last week Valencia joined the leaders with a 3-1 win over Young Ideas.

With several teams playing double-headers there will be a change in log positions, especially mid-table.

All the matches will be played at the NU9 Stadium.

Log leaders Shinning Stars face a tough match against Zwide Celtics at the Gal City field tomorrow.

Kuyasa United should keep up their challenge when they meet Morning Stars.

Defending champions Real Crusaders face a tough match against Golden Aces on Sunday. Gal City, who are up among the front-runners, play Real Dodgers in the midday match on Sunday.
