VP tennis teams aim to ace league season

THE Victoria Park High girls' tennis teams have made a strong start to the season, with a series of winning performances.

The school's first and second teams have excelled to win their early matches in the league competition.

The first team took on Nico Malan in singles competition, winning 9-5.

The second team travelled to Woodridge and won their league encounter in the doubles division 11-6.

These results have provided hope for an exciting year for VP tennis.

The boys team won their league division last year and are aiming to repeat that this year.
