TEEN try-scoring sensation Sergeal Petersen could be in doubt for the Junior World Cup in France next month after he was helped off the field with a foot injury as the Southern Kings slumped to a record 72-10 defeat against the Waratahs.

A firm favourite with the Nelson Mandela Bay crowd, Petersen was given a standing ovation as he left the field after scoring an opportunistic first half try.
