FIGHTING talk from star flyhalf Demetri Catrakilis will breathe extra fire into the bellies of the Southern Kings ahead of their long-awaited Super Rugby debut. After winning the Currie Cup almost single-handedly for Western Province, the 23-year-old with the golden boot still views himself as the underdog.
“I am used to being the underdog and that is what the Kings are at the moment,” Catrakilis said.
Catrakilis, one of the new big-name signings who arrived in Port Elizabeth for pre-season training last week, is excited about the challenges facing Super Rugby’s newest franchise.
