A GOOD Samaritan brought an early Christmas present with a difference for the children of Kama Primary School in New Brighton last week.
It was all smiles for the pupils when local businesspeople and government officials gathered at the school to unveil the upgraded sports field, as well as soccer and netball gear.
The sports field was given a facelift by Vula Energy and Canon companies, while the district department of sport and culture brought soccer and netball balls, and sporting kit.
School principal Nobantu Oliphant said: “I’m grateful to the sponsors who brought change to our school’s sport.
