The property market in Port Elizabeth has stagnated due to the economic situation and sellers are not realising the desired prices for their properties.

You are probably basing all your assumptions on the model you have from Cape Town and it’s time you realise that the property market in Port Elizabeth is not as buoyant.

You are obviously looking for extra cash to finance your budget and it’s clear that you are looking in the wrong place.

Continue to focus on the millions stolen by the ANC, get rid of the dead wood in the municipality and if you plug those holes, you should be able to drop our rates.

If we have an election in Port Elizabeth tomorrow, I doubt if the DA will win.

The people that put you there won’t hesitate to remove you.
