A man exposes himself in Bay park

I WALKED through our beautiful St George’s Park early one morning last week. Always felt OK doing that, but unfortunately no longer.

A man exposed himself to me and made lewd remarks. Scary. I reported it to the parks department.

From 8am to 4pm would be a better option to walk there, if at all, as there are gardeners on duty and more people around. No guarantee though as there is no law against loitering.

Authorities’ hands are pretty much tied to do anything. Even the police can’t remove vagrants.

If at all possible rather walk around the park and not through it.

Not long ago whilst walking past the art gallery at the entrance I saw a white man urinating against the palm tree! I shouted at him and told him he was a filthy b..tard! Why are n’t there policemen or security guards walking around? Is all our rates going towards Councillor’s cars? Port Elizabeth is definitely on a slide downward! Grime and Crime everywhere! It is not the place it used to be!

Carry a slingshot and use it where it hurts when the culprit exposes himself. He will never do it agagin
