I WOULD like to commend Telkom for its excellent service when I called/logged an out of order telephone query on December 31. It not only supplied me with a reference number, but continuously updated me via SMSes as to progress and that the fault would be attended to within two days.
Well, I thought it was just another one of those “get him off our back” promises. How wrong I was because on Friday January 2, I received a call from a technician advising me that he was on his way to attend to the problem and later in the day, another SMS informed me the issue had been addressed.
This is what I would call service delivery of the highest order. Keep up the good work, Telkom.
