Waiting like sheep

I WRITE this letter with a painful heart. Dora Nginza Hospital has no beds available and patients must sleep on wooden bunks in the cold passages.
That is inhumane in the harshest winter conditions. What is our tax money doing if even the basic healthcare can't be provided to our parents?
Minister of health, do something please. I am disgusted at how people are waiting like sheep for beds.
