Weekend drumming a menace

PLEASE can anyone help with information regarding the nuisance of loud drumming music in the Charlo area between 17th and John Avenue? The person turns his music system on full blast, so no one can hear their radios or televisions.

He starts on Thursday nights, continue on Friday nights and then starts on Saturday afternoons when people wants to relax or watch their sport. If he is your neighbour, please report this person to the noise and pollution department at Nelson Mandela Metro (telephone (041) 506-5411).
