Suburb's streets being kept clean

AMAZING, astounding but true – streets in Richmond Hill have seen street sweepers at work. This after months, nay years of being unkempt.
Could it be, dare we hope that the new DA councillor, Morne Steyn, is taking an interest? We hope so, for during the "reign" of his predecessor, Jeremy Davis, nothing was done.
