ANOTHER MURDER – POLICE MUST ACT

THE back-up singer of Johnny Clegg has been killed – another murder. This is because we have a government that is weak on crime. Bring back the death penalty and see how quick these crimes will drop.

DAVE, WALMER

TOO many very dangerous people are carrying unlicensed firearms. What is going on? We need more roadblocks.

NO FEAR OF GOD BUT OF ANCESTORS

WHAT next – young black mothers abandoning their offspring rather than giving them up for adoption because they fear the wrath of their ancestors more than the wrath of God. It is really hard to believe that after more than 2000 years since Jesus came and took our world out of superstition and darkness that we still have people living as if the cross never happened. It is almost like we have gone back to a primitive age. NIGEL WAKEFORD

GLUTTONY TO STARVATION

BUSINESS and industry are fighting for survival and there are warnings of retrenchments. But the public service is overloaded, incompetent, overpaid, and getting bigger. The government needs to cull all departments now.

DAVE ANDERSON

COSATU goes to companies and fights for workers. Leave the ANC to rule this country. The ANC’s word is final ubhuti Ben yi mayor yale metro, you can toyi-toyi – nothing is going to change.

MBANZI

ALL these threats by unions must stop. These idiots are causing more problems than solving it. We are losing investors in South Africa.

DK
A SERIOUS suggestion: Labour laws must be implemented to minimise managers’ salaries to employ casual workers on a permanent basis. Casual workers can’t cope with the current peanuts!

PETER

THE casual worker has the right to earn the same pay as a permanent worker for the same job/service delivered. Away with exploitation and discrimination!

POST OFFICE SLAVERY

SHAME on Post Office management for further delaying a postman from delivering mail to do a survey, when knowing postmen work a few days a week in a huge area! Please, stop delaying mail?

Angry Customer

IF POST Office management are challenging God by continuing with oppressing and exploiting their casual contract employees, then hell awaits them! CUSTOMER

IT WILL be great when the Post Office employs my matric child permanently, who has been working for them for more than two years!

Disappointed Parent

EXTREME matter: It is a shame that Post office management exploit their casual postmen. A single postman covers a huge area to deliver mail out of loaded, large mailbags, but to receive a small salary. This encourages mail to be dumped and postmen to resign! Stop with modern slavery. Where are government officials and unions?

NOT VERY NICE UNSPOKEN THOUGHTS

KAZEKA Mashologu Kuse, l would like to tell you it doesn’t mean you know everything if you have got space in the newspaper. You should not judge other people. You are not a saint.

READER

KAZEKA Mashologu Kuse, you are so full of hatred. What is really wrong in your life, young lady? Is it a form of jealousy that is gnawing at your brain?

READER

UNSPOKEN thoughts. Who delivers your tea Kazeka? And when you criticise Zille’s wisdom in getting her point across, give a thought (spoken or not) of how you get YOUR point across!

Mimo (M J Rands)

KAZEKA Kuse you are so anti-white, so racist, so ANC. How can the Herald allow such rubbish to be written. Claims that South Africa would be so racist if the DA ran the country but who is more racist than the ANC, I guess the EEF and your column.

G Botha

KAZEKA M Kuse’s Unspoken Thoughts: Did you see Lindiwe is always standing her ground and willing to serve South Africa. Not stealing monies or bribing people.
