Thanks Animal Welfare for response to call

I PHONED the Animal Welfare Society one day earlier this month. My daughter was hysterical as there was a young boy with two small puppies on the side of the road near the new McDonald's.

He was more interested in asking for money than looking after the tiny puppies, who were in the middle of the road. It was misty and raining.

Animal Welfare assured me they would send someone out. An hour later my daughter insisted on going to check if the puppies were still there, but they were gone, the inspectors from Animal Welfare had picked them up.

Well done and thank you so much, Animal Welfare! To the public, there are so many beautiful dogs wanting to be someone's pet. Please take a drive to Animal Welfare and maybe you will adopt a puppy!
