A more caring govt in view

LET me congratulate the ANC for its fifth victory in this democratic dispensation. Under the banner of "Working together we can do more", we particularly emphasised in our election campaign that faster change and fast improvement in the conditions of all our people would be a defining point of the new ANC administration.

We re-committed ourselves to make the ANC government more caring, responsive and interactive.

I must thank all the voters, especially the communities who welcomed the NUM detachment and the Young Communist League during the hectic time of door to door campaigning. Ordinary people in these communities have shown their respect and passion to vote for the ANC because is the only party that will change their lives.
