DRUG UNIT CLOSURE TO BLAME

GANGSTERISM is out of control, because Sanab (police narcotics unit) was closed and Crime Intelligence (just a name) is useless. They have no clue how to gather crime intelligence or what to do with it.

WAS INCIDENT INVESTIGATED FURTHER?

WAS the incident at Helenvale Primary School, for which Clayton Andrews is suing the police minister, referred to the Independent Complaints Directorate for investigation? Is it not supposed to investigate charges against police members? Just wondering!

GIVE US HERALD HEADLINES ON SAFM

MORE than once I have sent SMS texts to SAfm requesting the radio station include The Herald newspaper when presenter Sakina Kamoendo reads headlines of other papers every weekday. My SMSes are ignored. Previously The Herald was included. It was removed without informing the public yet the paper’s editors are often on the panel of editors on Sundays on SAfm.

TYRE RECYCLING PLAN A JOKE

“BAY plan to recycle dumped tyres”: Redisa, what a joke! Biggest money-making, get rich quick scheme ever. It is definitely not a non-profit organisation. South Africa cannot run a tyre recycling plant with our electricity costs. Manufacturers and importers are paying for nothing, not getting any service from Redisa.

ELECTION POSTER WOES

POOR Mike Xego. Life must be very boring. Imagine complaining to the IEC about an election poster! Perhaps he should consider relocating to an ANC-held constituency.

RICHARD, CHARLO, PORT ELIZABETH

GET a life, Mike Xego. The “haunting” poster is on public property. I wonder if you would also moan to the IEC if it was an ANC poster?
