FIKILE Mbalula, your call for 60% quotas is so degrading towards black sportsmen and women. How must those really talented men and women who deserve their positions in our teams feel if such a ruling becomes legislative?
It is high time that you get over your hang-ups and move into a world where positions are chosen on merit only.
