Soft on corruption

GIVEN the dodgy records of their leaders, it is not surprising that only 7% of ANC and 9% of EFF members/supporters see corruption as South Africa’s biggest problem as we head for the coming elections (“Corruption not such a big deal for ANC supporters”, March 31). The figure of 18% for the DA is also surprisingly low and means that all three parties are to a greater or lesser extent soft on corruption.

Agang SA ranks corruption and unemployment as South Africa’s most serious problems and the figure for Agang SA members/supporters would be closer to 100%. Agang SA stands for a minimum of 15 years’ imprisonment for anyone in public service who is convicted of corruption.
