What can we do?

PARDON my ignorance or limited knowledge on the current crisis. As it stands now we have numerous programmes from religious and other organisations (including SAPS), but we still hearing and seeing daily shootings happening around us.

We seen this vicious cycle return to our northern areas, leaving innocent law-abiding (and tax-paying citizens) in harm's way.

To the real leaders (political and non-political), is there a strategy to assist us eliminating this?

Is it known by the communities? What can we as a community do to assist, considering people are scared of comebacks?
