Too scared to visit

MY heart goes out to my people in Helenvale. I am too scared to visit my parents and family, due to the brutal killings.
To Luceal, who lost her four-year-old son, I know your pain. There is no worse pain than that of losing a child. Why must innocent people die? Where are the authorities?
Helenvale is a disaster, a war field.
It is unsafe day and night, people live in isolation, fear and hopelessness.
Please whoever it may concern, do something. This can only get worse without intervention. Please help!
