Airport agri-antics get reader's goat

TOGETHER with some fellow motorists, we were confronted by about 30 goats grazing and frolicking on the roadway between the entrance and exit of our so-called "international" airport.

What a welcome to visitors to the city. No wonder Gautengers refer to us as living in the backwaters, or as the hillbillies of Hobie!

Come on, Oom Ben, is it possible that you city leaders can become proactive and not reactive?

Would this situation with livestock be tolerated at the three other international airports in our country? I think not.
