SA relies on tourism from parks

I LIVE in Australia and often come to visit your beautiful country and enjoy the animals and wilderness areas.

It is extremely important for the environment and future generations to be able to enjoy this.

If one destroys these areas and replaces them with housing development or other interests all we are doing is pushing the environment and wild life to a point where they can't survive.

Nor can our children's children enjoy what is for all of humanity to enjoy.

So I greatly urge caution here, as South Africa relies very much on tourism and if there are no parks, there will be no tourists.

Kragga Kamma and Seaview are great international assets to this country and the Eastern Cape.
