Not worthy of Madiba's name

I NEED to say this and I believe most people feel the same way.

Whenever I'm walking around town I always ask myself, what have all our mayors been doing to better the city? Port Elizabeth is a city with one of the best landscapes and yet it is full of dilapidated buildings, it's dirty and has poor public transport services.

Still they are not afraid of naming it after Nelson Mandela. I raise this matter as I was astonished by the beauty of the city of Cape Town.
