Well done cricket clubs

WITH regards to the report published in The Herald yesterday, "Cricket board invalid – Judge", I wish to place on record that it was not only five clubs, but in excess of 25 clubs who supported the decision to challenge the validity and constitutionality of the AGM held on October 26 last year.
To all these clubs and other cricket loving individuals in the Eastern Cape, we are immensely proud of your unwavering support.
It is incumbent on all our clubs to come together and elect administrators who have the passion and integrity to lift EP cricket out of the doldrums.
Let this be a lesson to all those individuals who put their own interests ahead of the broader community that good will always prevail over evil.
