Overall IQ of the DA rises

THE jury is not yet out on the wisdom of Mamphela Ramphele throwing in her lot with the DA, but one thing is certain: the overall intelligence quotient of the DA has risen tremendously from the almost zero it was. Good luck to the opposition parties, all of them.
