REPLIES TO READERS’ COMMENTS
I AGREE with Concerned Pensioner. For the past two weeks I have been monitoring the situation at the traffic department. It is ridiculous how any human being can queue so long. Why must we pay fly by night car guards R70 to queue then inside we are back were we started? No shelter to keep the sun away. What happened to ubuntu?
GOOD for you, Sharleen Kariem, for speaking out about the absolute lack of urgency, etiquette and care at the Livingstone Hospital! I too was on the receiving end of this non-professional, uncaring institution they call a “hospital”. Alas though, our words probably fall on deaf, uncaring ears.
SHOCKING medical care at Livingstone: before the ANCorruption/Circus/Chaos took over the service there was world class.
BAY LAGS BEHIND ON MANDELA STATUE IDEA
SO while the Mandela Bay Metro officials continue to show they are nuttier than squirrel pooh, even Durban is now planning a Madiba statue. Won’t be long before we are the only metro without one. Naysayers, please understand that a massive statue, provided it is in the right position, is a game changer of note!
ANC SCRAPES BOTTOM OF BARREL FOR POST
ROBERT McBride appointment: the public sector has very little confidence in the police department. With this appointment I feel the ANC has scraped the bottom of the barrel.
RAMPHELE THE DA’S PRESIDENTIAL FACE
THE white “old guard” will not desert the DA because of Mamphela Ramphele’s appointment. They understand the politics of the party, better than non-DA analysts and will welcome this remarkable woman!
THIS is something good. Hope it is the way forward to outvote this ANC government. Viva Agang, viva president.
ANC MUST REMOVE CORRUPT LEADERS
MY political party, the ANC, must remove corrupt leaders in national, provincial and local government as soon as possible, before it’s too late.
