Zim has secret

WE should asked ourselves: what does Zimbabwe do, because its crime is low, its education is better, its rhino population is growing, its soccer team made it to the Chan quarterfinals and it does not use foreign nationals in its national teams.
My suggestion: go back to basics, stop wasting money on grand plans and strategic sessions. Come on, South Africa.
