No toilets after 4pm

CAN somebody please advise why the ablution facilities at the pier in Summerstrand are locked after 4pm on weekends at the so-called Blue Flag beach?

I find this absolutely ridiculous because the only facility left is at the KFC outlet or is there an alternative ablution facility that can be used?

Alternatively must we stoop so low and urinate in public? This is definitely not on for civilised citizens.
