Enriched by our day at Bayworld

MY three girls and I had a very positive experience at Bayworld during the latter part of the school holidays. We arrived at around 10am and walked through the reptile area which was well marked and clean – as seen in the photo, the dinosaur displays were a huge (pun intended) hit. We attended the seal/penguin show at 11am, which was most informative and an absolute delight for the girls. Following this we walked through the aquarium and then joined the snake demonstration at 12 noon, where the girls were able to interact with a python, much to their joy. Following this we walked through the historical displays detailing early life in Port Elizabeth and also our ancestors dating back to the stone age. We spent a good four hours at the Bayworld complex, leaving with our lives much enriched. Gordon Upton, Port Elizabeth
