Illegible sign a disgrace

SECOND Avenue in Summerstrand is a fairly used to well used thoroughfare, as it is the way to the casino. The road sign, on the corner of Marine Drive, which is supposed to read Second Avenue, is a total disgrace and otiose.

This is typical of our council, which was also responsible for the slimy pond adjacent to Kings Beach.
