Sickening that fans criticise coaches for lost games

THE Stormers lose a game and they blame the coloured coach. The Springboks lose a game and they blame the coloured coach.

That’s what I hate about Springbok supporters. They expect their provincial and national teams to be invincible.

Why don’t the Stormers and Springbok supporters look at how well the teams progressed in previous games?

I’ve been an All Black supporter all my life, but I still commend the Stormers (my heart will always be with Western Province) and the Springboks as they represent my country. I give Stormers coach Allister Coetzee a big thumbs up for a job well done.

The Stormers performed better than both the Bulls and the Sharks, yet their management gets blamed. The only reason why the Australian and New Zealand sides are progressing is because, unlike their South African counterparts, they don’t have government interference and they call their younger, fresher brood to take to the field.

The Springboks have so many young available players in provincial sides, yet they stick to John Smit, Bakkies Botha, Bryan Habana etc, who will be the downfall to them winning the World Cup.

Whether I’m at work or at gym, Coetzee and De Villiers are always criticised. Is it because they are coloureds?

Springbok supporters make me sick. I’m an All Black supporter and I’ll die one.
